We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and receive a full refund:

You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The original product packaging must be returned with at least 28 of the 30 strips unused.

Products must be returned in good condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at support@slapsandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@slapsandco.com with photos and your order details so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened packages with fewer than 28 strips remaining

Sale items

Gift cards
-
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, or hazardous materials
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your product following the steps above and place a new order separately.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
